WHO DO HEALTHKIX WORK WITH?

We train many athletes across multiple sports. Ages can start from as young as 10. Although we specialise in working with young people, we do also provide training programmes for adults. We work with novice trainees all the way to Team GB athletes in any sport.

HOW IS THE PROGRAMME DELIVERED?

Via our interactive coaching app. Log your results and connect with the HealthKix team and communities all in one place. It's as easy as that.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAMME?

You are billed each month after your 7 or 14-day free trial ends. You must commit to a minimum of 3 months, however we recommend at least 6 months in order to hit your long term goals. If you purchase an annual programme, you receive 12 months for the price of 11. â€‹

WHAT DO I NEED FOR A SESSION?

Sessions will last up to 60 minutes. This can depend on warm ups, cool downs and also how well you know each exercise. We will ask you to let us know what you have available, but we recommend you have at least one dumbbell, one kettlebell, resistance band and a skipping rope.

CAN I RECEIVE SUPPORT FROM THE TEAM/OTHER ATHLETES?

Of course! You can direct message, post on the team feed or post a journal entry video to be reviewed. We recommend signing up to programmes with monthly online consultations for more advanced support.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO JOIN ONE OF THE PERFORMANCE PROGRAMMES?

The short answer to this - no. However, there are many benefits that you receive as a member which you will not want to miss out on - discounted performance programmes being one.
