Do you provide the best pathway for your players/trainees to improve their sports performance? At HealthKix, we believe that everyone has a role to play in improving the health & performance of young people. But we can't be a jack of all trades. This is why we provide our expertise directly to sports clubs and schools, allowing coaches to focus on what they are exceptional at - finessing trainees' skills in their sport. While our team focus on what we are great at - building stronger, fitter and happier athletes. We educate young people about the importance of fuelling their bodies the right way through healthy nutrition and sleep, as well as psychology support and stress management. Together, we ensure all trainees optimally enhance their development in their sport.

Our previous fitness sessions were never enjoyed by our trainees and were almost a chore. HealthKix make fitness fun and it is clear that our athletes feed off this. Our training and camp quality has improved as a result of the support from HealthKix.

With their unique coaching style they are able to inspire athletes off the ski slopes. This is having a positive influence on their race time results but also making them much healthier individuals.

Our coaches are trained to coach the complex skills of a skiing. We were doing our trainees a disservice by pretending to know what to do when it came to sports performance & nutrition - which HealthKix are specialists in.
